Mechanicsburg, PA @ the Jubilee Street Fair

Thursday June 20th, 4:45 am, I drag myself out of bed, (3 1/2 hours after going to bed) make coffee and jump in the a van loaded the with all kinds of projects to paint and repourpose for demos. Chairs, picture frames, pots; metal and clay, old Christmas trays, glass doors, night stands… you get the picture. I picked up my sister Nancy and head to Mechancisburg PA for there 84th Annual Jubilee Day™ street fair! According to the local weather report, it was to be one of the hottest days of the year!  They were correct! There is a first for everything!

We set up our spot, with all the stuff and 8 samples of every AWESOME color CeCe Caldwell’s Paints offers as well as 2 quarts of almost every color. We started painting around 10:00.

Basket of brushes ready to "lLet The Paint Fly"

My friend Ruth, stoped by to give a hand, I hand her a paint brush and she is hooked. We had several people brave the heat, step under our tent and take up a brush! They enjoyed how easy CeCe Caldwell’s is to paint with as well as the earthy smell of clay. We even compared it to other like products and there smell was overwhelming… knocked there flip-flops off!

I had a chance to do some painting myself, a first in weeks. It was a good day! Any day I can paint with CeCe Caldwell’s is a good day.

Abby, having fun with Spring Hill Green

Abby, the 12 year old twin grand-daughter of my neighbor vender, Robin, of Robins Nest Bakery, had fun with Spring Hill Green and Main Harbor Blue… both her and her sister snagged a can of each with a little paint in the bottom. I know they will be painting a lot of stuff around there house. I hope you enjoy the photos.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to talk paint and pick up a brush!
